SPTS

Introducing our fifth committee, the Special Committee on Turkic States (SPTS).


The SPTS is a specialized organization dedicated to fostering commercial, economic, and social cooperation with Turkic states while safeguarding their rights and independence.


During KONMUN'24 SPTS committee sessions, delegates will convene to deliberate on the establishment of a union, the potential benefits of a Europe-Asia Turkish corridor, and various commercial agreements encompassing defense industry, military equipment, utilization of energy resources, and the introduction of a new currency.


Additionally, delegates will explore the necessity of deploying equipped army units in response to situations that pose a threat to the region's countries and the strategic control of oil reserves in certain Turkic States."
