KONYA MODEL UNITED NATIONS
Letter from Founder
Distinguished delegates; As the founder and president of the organization, We are changing the perspective of all MUN delegates in our country towards MUNs so far. In these days when brain drain and European-American sympathies are increasing among the youth day by day, MUN conferences have become a means of going to the West for education. We are quite late to organize MUN conferences in our own way, so we are aware of this and have been creating KONMUN, which will be an innovation for years. With a complete academy and a strong organizational team, we will prepare our youth for diplomatic channels towards the Turkish-Islamic horizon in a manner befitting the Turkish Century. Our wish is for us to achieve diplomatic victories just as we did in wars. Our wish is that the people who will represent Turkey, both at the United Nations and in other areas, are true sons of the country from the heart of Anatolia...

OUR VISION
The vision of KONMUN is to provide the colorful cosmopolitan diversity in the United Nations conferences with the contributions of different cultures in Turkey and foreign schools. It is to re-birth the attitude of politics in the capital of the Selçuklu Empire, which was the center of diplomacy. Throughout its existence, KONMUN always aims to provide the best quality service and opportunity to the diplomats of the future. It aims to reach the youth who have not yet met with diplomacy by not only observing the quality in every field, but also spreading it throughout the country.
OUR MISSION
Clearly seeing the desire for diplomacy in the young population across the country, KONMUN announces its conferences to all segments of society, regardless of who they are. It plans to find real solutions to all global problems that put the world society, economy and health at risk. KONMUN, which is by no means a non-profit, places no financial burden on any delegate. Sponsored by many private companies, associations and foundations, KONMUN's main aim is to simulate UN meetings without any difference.
